I am
Franz Stolz, head of house and mostly in charge of management and the reception. To balance this side of my life, I like to set out into the great outdoors to go skiing, biking and hiking… so I will be your guide for our family walks through the Pfunder mountains! I am also passionate about wine… I am fascinated by good wines from the South Tyrol, Italy and the whole world… their different shades, their nose, their taste on the palate… I will be delighted to share my enthusiasm and knowledge with you at our wine tastings!
Welcome… I am
Edith Peintner Stolz, I am the cheery face of Huber Hotel! I work in the reception, look after the guests and staff and oversee the service and kitchens… everything is cooked and served the way I like it to be! To keep our house comfortable, cosy and welcoming to families I like to keep redecorating and rearranging the rooms…and have great fun in the process! For relaxation, I go jogging, walking and skiing… but a good book will also do the trick!
Hi! I am
Eva Maria and am studying at the moment. In my free time I love to go travelling all over the world… In winter I enjoy snowboarding on the slopes of Gitschberg / Jochtal. During the holidays and at weekends I also like to help with supervising the children… for painting, arts and crafts and cavorting around the Indian camp… I’m your woman!
I am
Simon and as chiefcook I am responsible for your bodily wellbeing! Since training as a cook and head chef I have gained experience working in our kitchen and in other hotels in the area. My hobbies include biking, snowboarding, music and spending time with friends!
Anna… the younger but actually the taller of the two sisters! I am still at school and help with looking after the babies when I have the time. I am the “active & fidgety” one in our family: swimming, snowboarding, cycling, and disco dancing…those are my favourite sport and leisure-time activities!
Grandma Maria: I laid the foundation stone for Huber family hotel as we see it today and I’ve been the heart and soul of the house for over 50 years! My favourite pastimes include baking strudel, cakes and all kinds of other sweet treats!
That’s all of us….the Stolz Family of Huber family hotel...a “terribly nice family”, lovers of the outdoors and full of energy! We all have our own particular strengths and weaknesses, habits and passions! Most of the time we get along really well, though sometimes we can get on each others nerves…a normal family like any other! But there is one passion we all share…. Enthusiasts for travel and the wider world, we are all convinced that we offer a
warm family atmosphere and welcome!
Johann Stolz … Brother of Franz and owner of Huber Farm! He is always pleased to welcome children, families and supervisors to the farm to watch, pet and feed the animals.
Gabi Stolz… Sister of Franz and manager of
Huber’s Wellness & SPA facilities! A trained masseuse and fitness trainer, baths, massages, therapies and fitness tips are her forte. At the moment, however, she’s about to go on maternity leave!!
