On holiday in the South Tyrol

Reservations:
Your booking is binding once you have received written confirmation from us by email, fax or post and we have received a 200 € deposit from you. Your payment can be made by the following methods: 
  • online – follow the link “click to pay“ 
  • by credit card, citing your card number and expiry date (excludes American Express and Diners Club) 
  • by bank transfer – our bank account details: Südtiroler Volksbank – Mühlbach branch

Terms of cancellation:
Please give advance notice if you need to cancel your holiday. There is no charge for cancellations made up to 3 months before the date of arrival. For cancellation between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival we will withhold your deposit; for less than a month prior to arrival we have the right to charge 80 % of the total booking cost. To avoid the risk of cancellation charges we recommend you take out our very reasonable trip cancellation insurance policy.

Cancellation cover:
It is always possible that something will go wrong prior to travelling – our cancellation insurance offers you complete financial protection. You can purchase cancellation cover from us at a cost of 49 € per room per week.
Failure to arrive, late arrival or early termination of your hotel booking may incur a cancellation fee in line with EU regulations. To avoid being charged in such circumstances, we recommend our cancellation cover.

WHAT DOES OUR CANCELLATION POLICY COVER? 
  • in case of sudden, serious illness, serious injury resulting from an accident or the death of the policy holder or his/her spouse, partner, parent, parent-in-law, step-child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, brother or sister-in-law or any other person additionally named on the policy 
  • in case of the worsening of an existing illness of the policy holder 
  • in case of circumstances arising from the pregnancy of the policy holder 
  • in case of unexpected cancellation by the policy holder 
  • in case of a spouse filing for divorce
Dogs:
Small dogs are permitted for a fee. We charge 8 € a day excluding food. Please bring a dog basket or blanket with you! We ask for your consideration in not allowing your four-legged friend to enter the restaurant and wellness areas of the hotel.

Arrival and departure:
Your room will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival. We ask that you vacate your room by 10am on your day of departure. Your dining experience begins with dinner on your first evening and ends with breakfast on your final morning!

Methods of payment:
We accept all major credit cards (EC-Card, Visa and MasterCard) and travellers’ cheques. There is a 2% discount for cash payments. Prices are subject to change and charged according to the most up-to-date list. Tariffs may be adjusted in the case of unforeseen economic developments or changes to the current VAT rate of 10%.

Room number:
We regret that it is not always possible to confirm your floor or room number within a specific category in advance.
