Finnish sauna is the classic: 80 to 100°C and a very low level of humidity (c. 10%). After the sauna take a cold shower to cool off… this stimulates circulation and blood flow, strengthens the immune system and purges and purifies the body.

35 to 55°C, humidity of 90 to 100%. Ideal for treating respiratory conditions |
| Blue grotto – laconium |
60°C |
The laconium heats to 60°C. As such it is gentle on the circulation and you can spend up to an hour in here. The laconium helps to purge and purify the body. |
