Our full board, which also includes non-alcoholic drinks, delights guests of all ages from morning to night. We use high-quality regional products from controlled cultivation, organic products and aromatic herbs from the surrounding nature for both the breakfast buffet and the evening menu.

We attach great importance to a balanced diet in general and cater for special requirements in our kitchen as a matter of course. So if you have allergies or intolerances, you will be spoilt just as much as everyone else - if not a little bit more!

Our chefs prepare every dish with passion and know their way around gluten- and lactose-free creations (even without AIC certification-Italian coeliac association-). There are also regular vegetarian and vegan specialities. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.
