Booking and payment

Your booking is binding as soon as you have received written confirmation from us by e-mail, fax or post and we have received a deposit from you amounting to 30% of the stay price.

Cancellation and travel insurance

If you cancel up to 1 month before the day of arrival, we charge processing fees of 50.00 euros per room.
If you cancel from 1 month to 14 days before arrival, we retain the deposit.
If you cancel from 14 days to 2 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 80% of the stay price.
If you cancel from 2 days before arrival or depart early, we charge 100% of the stay price.

HanseMerkur travel insurance is available for your stay.

Cancellation protection covers costs if you are unable to start your trip, including in the event of:

unexpected and serious illness
serious accidental injury or death
significant damage to property
loss of employment
starting a new employment relationship

If you cut your trip short within the first half of the insured travel period, but no later than within the first 8 travel days, the full travel price will be reimbursed.
After that, any unused travel services will be reimbursed proportionately.

Yes, delay protection applies if you need to rebook or arrive at your accommodation late because, while travelling by private vehicle on the direct route to the booked and insured accommodation, you have a traffic accident or breakdown.
The protection also applies if the journey is interrupted due to a road closure.
